Esther Ostmeier leads the project “Work climates in higher education and science” and develops theses on the future of education (education 5.0). Previously, between April 2016 and September 2020, she supported the projects Bavarian Graduate Studies and Clinician Scientists at the IHF. Before that, between 2014 and 2016, she was research assistant in the research unit Establishments and Employement at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) in Nuremberg (Germany).
Esther Ostmeier completed her dissertation thesis “Competencies for digital transformation: predictors of proactive and innovative work behaviors” at the TUM School of Management in July 2021. Further, she holds a degree in Labor Market and HRM (M.Sc.) from the FAU in Nuremberg and in Business Psychology (B.Sc.) from the Leuphana University in Luneburg (Germany). She has spent semesters abroad at the Univeristy of Nicosia (Cyprus) and the Université de Montréal (Canada).
