Theresa Görg has been Publications Manager at the IHF since November 2025, where her responsibilities include overseeing the migration of articles on higher education research to an open-access publishing platform. Prior to this, she worked as a research assistant at the IHF, supporting the Bavarian Graduate Study (BAS) and the study ‘Leadership, Collaboration and Conflicts in Academia: What Do Academic Research Leaders Experience?’. She studied sociology and data science at LMU.
