Susanne Falk has studied political sciences and sociology at the Universities of Heidelberg and Hamburg, Germany. In 2004, she received a doctorate degree in sociology from the University of Bremen. Since 2003 she is research associate and senior researcher at IHF.
Her research focuses on young academics, the transition from university to the labour market, student success and dropouts, internationalization and digitalization/AI at universities.
